Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to AURUM Wealth OS ("AURUM," "we," "us"), a business-to-business software platform for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Service description

AURUM provides portfolio organization, cashflow tracking, estate checklists, lifestyle budgeting tools, and AI-assisted educational briefings. We do not custody assets, execute trades, or provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for financial decisions and for verifying all outputs with licensed professionals.

3. Membership & fees

Private membership is billed at $1,200 USD per month; Ultra Private at $2,400 USD per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are charged in advance via our payment processor or wire instructions. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, resell access, or upload unlawful content. You represent that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to connect any third-party data you supply.

5. Confidentiality & data

We treat client data as confidential and use industry-standard safeguards. You grant us a limited license to process data solely to operate and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention and subprocessors.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AURUM IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER, CPA FIRM, OR LAW FIRM. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or investment losses.

8. Termination

You may cancel per the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; export obligations are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict rules. Disputes shall be resolved in binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited. Questions: concierge@aurumwealth.com.
