Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription billing

Private ($1,200/mo) and Ultra Private ($2,400/mo) memberships renew automatically through Lemon Squeezy or agreed wire terms until canceled. Fees are non-refundable for partial months except as stated below.

Seven-day satisfaction window

First-time card subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of initial activation if the platform has not been materially used (defined as fewer than two advisor sessions and no CPA export). Wire clients are eligible for a goodwill review within seven (7) days of first login — contact concierge.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked in Settings) or by emailing concierge@aurumwealth.com. Access continues through the paid period; no further charges after the current term ends.

Chargebacks & abuse

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account closure. We reserve the right to decline future membership for misuse or repeated refund requests.

Enterprise & wire

Custom master service agreements may supersede this policy. Wire payments are credited upon cleared funds; refunds of wire payments are processed minus bank fees where applicable.
